At Walters, we believe good service starts with treating people well. We provide portable restrooms, luxury restroom rentals, dumpsters, and temporary fencing for construction projects, events, businesses, and communities, but what we provide is only part of the story. What really sets us apart is how we show up for the people who count on us.
We’re a local, family-owned company built on relationships, hard work, and a commitment to doing things right. Whether we’re serving a major festival, a construction site, a local business, or a private event, we bring the same level of care, communication, and service to every job. At the end of the day, we’re more than a rental company. We’re in the people business.
Walters began in 1973 when Fabe and Bev Walters took a $900 investment and turned it into the beginning of a family business. Fabe built a septic cleaning unit on a truck, Bev served as secretary and dispatcher, and together they started serving customers throughout their community.
As the business grew, so did the Walters family’s involvement. Their children grew up experiencing firsthand what it meant to be part of a service business. They learned that when you tell a customer you will be there, you show up. When someone needs help, you find a way to help. And when you say, “Our Service Is the Difference,” those words have to mean something.
More than 50 years later, Walters has grown far beyond that first truck. Our services, team, equipment, and footprint have expanded, and another generation of the Walters family is helping carry the company forward. But the heart behind the business has remained the same.
Today, we continue to grow with purpose. We are not interested in growth simply for the sake of becoming bigger. We want to steward what has been built well so we can serve more people, create more opportunities, strengthen more communities, and make a greater impact for the Kingdom.
The business may look very different than it did in 1973, but one thing has never changed: Our Service Is the Difference.
At Walters, we believe growth should have a purpose. Our goal is not to become bigger simply for the sake of being bigger. We grow because growth allows us to create more opportunities, love and serve more people well, invest in our communities, develop leaders, and expand the impact of our mission.
Every new market we enter, teammate we add, customer we serve, and opportunity we create gives us another chance to live out our mission. We believe the resources, relationships, abilities, and opportunities we have been given are things we are called to steward well. As we grow, we want to use them to do work that honors God and advances His Kingdom by caring for people and creating opportunities for them to flourish.
Growth is not our mission. Growth gives us more opportunities to live our mission.

From 20 portable restrooms to several hundred, from a backyard gathering to a major festival, we’re equipped to handle the job while delivering the service that sets us apart. As Walters grows, our purpose stays the same. We will continue pursuing greatness with humility, putting people first, creating opportunities, and raising the standard for service.
